Our goal would be to secure funds, bequests, along with other appropriate and suitable indicates and to expend these funds in support of the objectives of the Kiwanis clubs and their sponsored youth organizations within the Florida District of Kiwanis International. The Foundation was chartered as a non-profit corporation on April 27, 1971 below the laws of the State of Florida. The Foundation was recognized on June 30, 1971 as a non-profit charitable organization by the United States Department of Revenue below Section 501 (c) (three) of the Internal Revenue Code.
