A club or division that receives a grant award shall offer to the Board of Trustees a written report inside twelve (12) months of the issuance of the award on the status and impact on the nearby community of the project for which the grant award was approved.
A grant award created to a club or division shall further the objectives and ideals of Kiwanis, also as promote the growth and development of Kiwanis within the nearby community.
The decisions of the Board of Trustees of the Florida Kiwanis Foundation shall be final concerning consideration of grant applications and issuance of grant awards.
