The Receiving Club

The receiving club or division shall expend the grant funds on the project for which the grant as approved inside six (6) months of the date of issuance of the funds.
The Division Trustee and Lieutenant Governor shall confirm to the Board of Trustees in writing that the grant funds had been utilized for the project for which the grant award was approved. The Division Trustee shall make reasonable efforts to have the receiving club or division obtains media publicity within the nearby community which will benefit from the project for which the grant award was approved.
